As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the brand on the showroom floor, connecting with customers and completing their journey with a sale! Here's a taste of what you'll be getting up to:

• Asking the right questions, building genuine rapport, and uncovering exact customer needs to drive sales success.

• Partnering directly with our customers to guide their buying journey, matching their needs to close sales on their dream sofa.

• Showcasing our fantastic products in true Sofology style, using deep product knowledge to confidently present fabrics, configurations, and features that inspire and convert.
