Social Worker - Knowsley - Adult Review

An exciting job role has recently become available  are looking for a new member for their Adult Review Team.

You will take personal responsibility for continuing professional development and maintaining performance levels. Manage time effectively and respond flexibly to service needs. Provide support and cover for the Team Manager and/or Principal Manager. Actively participate in the performance management system, including supervision, PAR, team meetings, and service reviews. Follow departmental health and safety procedures. Develop skills through work experience in various divisional situations, such as secondments, job rotation, and shadowing.

Contribute to information management processes. Support social work students on placement under the direction of the Principal or Practice Manager, acting as a workplace supervisor or Practice Teacher if appropriately trained. Understand and integrate into practice the key policies of the council in relation to social care with adults, especially multi-disciplinary working, integration, and whole family approaches.

You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
