Link Living's HoME service provides intensive housing management to tenants who need specialist support. The role focuses on maintaining tenancies through practical help and emotional support, building positive relationships with tenants and coordinating with Housing Officers and the Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.
You'll deliver tailored one-to-one support, promote safety and wellbeing, and work with multiagency partners.
