Location: 1206 Moseley Ave., Palatka, FL 32177
Schedule: Part‑Time | Monday–Friday | 12:00pm–5:30pm

We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Floater Teacher to join our team! You’ll help create an afternoon experience that children look forward to — full of fun, learning, and connection. If you thrive in a team environment where your work really matters, this is the job for you.

• Assisting in daily classroom activities and supporting the Lead Teacher (able to jump into any age group to help)
• Helping children feel safe, seen, and supported
• Keeping the classroom clean, organized, and full of positive energy
• Building real connections with families and your fellow educators

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completed your DCF 45 Hours
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting is a plus
• Able to pass a background check

• $15–$16/hour starting pay
