Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or interested in becoming one? We are seeking individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children and families we serve.
Bridgeway Agency, LLC is currently hiring energetic, outgoing, and passionate ABA therapists for part-time or full-time positions. We are hiring in the following locations:
- Interlachen, FL
- Melrose, FL
- Keystone Heights, FL
Immediate openings available in Melrose, Keystone Heights, and Interlachen!
Position Requirements:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
- Implement ABA programs and behavior management techniques as directed in the client’s treatment plan.
- Demonstrate understanding of basic ABA principles and guidelines.
- Complete data collection for each client as directed.
- Meet with supervisors and provide client feedback.
- Complete daily session notes and forms.
- Show flexibility working with clients with diverse needs and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with staff, including ABA therapists, BCBA's, and administrative personnel.
- Collaborate with each client's team.
- Maintain confidentiality policies and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients’ parents/caregivers.
- Be able to work in an active environment, including periodic lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Attend company training sessions to expand ABA knowledge and skills.
- Create a positive, safe learning environment for clients.
- Availability varies per client, with flexible hours you can set yourself.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
At least 1 year working with children with disabilities/ASD in school or home settings. - Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. - Must be 18 years or older.
- RBT certification preferred but not required.
- Medicaid provider number preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Reliable transportation or public transit.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to undergo background checks and drug testing.
