Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.75/hr

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Palatka, FL! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Palatka, FL 32177

• Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Hours per Week: 30 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17-19.75/hour (Based on years of experience)

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections as required

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
• Maintain required records and documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment

• Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
