ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to jointhe ICU team at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka, Florida.

• Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant
• ICU APP experience required
• APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation.
• Ability to work Full Time, 15shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts,Days Only, 7a-7p
• APP autonomous with MDtelehealth support
• 10 bed ICU, Average Daily Census 6
