We are seeking a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal sheets and components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience operating metal fabrication equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Measure and inspect metal parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Select and install the appropriate tooling and machine settings for each job.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining product quality.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
