Med-Surg RN - Day & Night Shifts Available

Location: Palatka, FL

Schedule: Full-Time - Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Salary: $29.73 - $43.20 per hour, based on experience

Shift Differentials: $4.25/hour for nights | $2.00/hour for weekends

Join our dynamic medical-surgical team at a 99-bed acute care hospital in Palatka, Florida. We are currently hiring for both day and night shifts. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in North Central Florida.

• Provide high-quality, patient-focused nursing care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to patient response
• Address patient needs promptly and anticipate potential issues
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions

• Minimum 1 year of acute care Med-Surg RN experience required
• Current Florida RN license or Multistate Compact License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
