- Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
- Provide a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point-of-sale systems
- Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests
- Pre-bus tables to maintain a clean environment
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
- Collect payments and operate cash register

- Ability to listen and follow directions
- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accountability
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment
- Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment
- May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
