• Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, address issues, and maintain safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with incoming Shift Managers and help meet departmental targets.
• Ensure food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, managing crew, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Serv Safe certification required.
