Overview:
At Mas Tec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. You’ll provide and install the most advanced home technologies—satellite dishes, home security, smart home automation—and be the technician customers trust. You’ll play a crucial role in installing and maintaining satellite dishes and receivers, fostering positive customer relationships, troubleshooting, and guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. This dynamic role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings and must follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Troubleshoot installation and maintenance issues for satellite dishes and receivers.
• Perform tasks both indoors and outdoors at customer residences and commercial sites.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• You take customer service seriously and set the example.
• Knowledge of or motivation to learn the latest technologies, ready to master new tools.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to advise and recommend optimal solutions and products to meet customer needs.
• Desire to continuously learn relevant new technologies.

Pay
:
Up to $22 an hour or more.

Requirements

• You must be able to climb ladders and lift 60‑80 pounds; total body weight plus 25 lbs of tools must not exceed 375 pounds.
• You must meet manufacturer’s safety requirements.
• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air‑conditioned, indoors or outdoors, and may involve kneeling, crawling, bending, or other uncomfortable positions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
