Quantity Surveyor; Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor for industrial building projects.

Experienced in quantity take-off and cost estimation.

Able to prepare and compile project progress documentation.

Experienced in preparing progress measurement and approval documents according to Owner requirements.

Able to coordinate with the Owner's QS team regarding measurement and valuation.

Candidates with experience in projects under Sinar Mas Group will be preferred.

Perform quantity take-off for civil construction works.

Prepare engineering quantity calculations and project cost estimations.

Compile and submit project progress documentation.

Prepare progress measurement and approval documents.

Coordinate with the Owner's QS team regarding work measurement and valuation.

Support project cost control and reporting activities.
