• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel engineering systems and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure all MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and utility systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Manage the Engineering budget, maintenance costs, and energy consumption.
• Lead and supervise the Engineering team to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Prepare engineering reports and support the hotel s operational excellence.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a 3-star hotel or above.
• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building maintenance systems.
• Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and energy management.
• Familiar with safety regulations, building standards, and hotel operations.
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
