Live Streaming Manager; Tiktok & Shopee

Develop and execute a comprehensive live streaming strategy across Tik Tok, Shopee, and other relevant platforms

Create and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality live stream content to showcase the company's products and brand

Manage a team of live streaming specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring smooth execution of live events

Monitor and analyse live streaming performance, using insights to continuously optimise content and strategies

Collaborate with the broader marketing and e-commerce teams to integrate live streaming into the overall marketing mix

Stay up-to-date with the latest live streaming trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the company's presence remains cutting-edge

Increase viewers, engagement, GMV, and conversion rates through live streaming.

Requirements :

Experienced as a Tiktok Live Streaming Manager/Supervisor (Required) proven track record of successfully managing live streaming campaigns and content on platforms like Tik Tok and Shopee

Strong understanding of the live streaming ecosystem, including audience behaviour, platform algorithms, and effective content strategies

Excellent storytelling and video production skills, with the ability to create engaging, visually appealing live stream content

Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of live streaming specialists

Solid data analysis and performance reporting skills to measure the impact of live streaming initiatives

Passion for the latest social media and digital marketing trends, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
