Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team in Palembang . This role focuses on helping children develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working through therapeutic interventions. You will assess children's needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with families and educators to achieve developmental goals. This position is ideal for a dedicated therapist who is passionate about pediatric care and committed to empowering children with disabilities or developmental delays to reach their full potential within the Palembang area.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for children with various developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group activities to promote child development.
- Educate and train parents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for home-based practice.
- Collaborate effectively with pediatricians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid license or registration as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and therapeutic interventions for children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Certification in sensory integration therapy is a plus.
