As a Data Analyst Manager
, you will be responsible for leading data analysis initiatives, developing business insights, and supporting management decision-making through accurate and actionable data reporting. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify trends, improve business processes, and drive data‑driven strategies across the organization.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management with at least 2–3 years in managerial level
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with ability to present insights to management level
• Experience in managing data reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, and business performance analysis

• Lead and manage data analysis projects to support business strategy and operational decision-making
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to monitor business performance and KPIs
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Ensure data governance, reporting consistency, and timely delivery of analytical insights to management
