Network Engineer (On-site) at PT Internet Pratama Indonesia in KOTA PALEMBANG, SUMATERA SELATAN, Indonesia.
Qualifications- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science/Information Engineering/Information System
- At least 2 years of experience as Network Infrastructure engineer
- Having knowledge on computer networking, such as LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, Documentation
- Certified with Network Product (CCNA/CCNP) & Network security (NSE) is a Plus
- Willing to travel around Indonesia or Relocate to site as needed
- Performs general problem solving and daily assistance on network and other devices at client site
- Handling client troubleshooting
- Collaborate IT solutions with Vendor
- Create documentation for troubleshooting or other maintenance
- Review and provide feedback for information security fixes
