About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Export Import Section Head to lead and oversee our international logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing export and import activities, ensuring compliance with customs and international trade regulations, optimizing logistics costs, and maintaining efficient cross-border supply chain operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant shipment execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Management, Industrial Engineering
, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Import, International Logistics, or Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
.
Strong knowledge of export and import regulations, customs clearance procedures, Incoterms, international shipping documentation, and international trade compliance.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and government agencies.
Familiarity with Letter of Credit (L/C), shipping documentation, customs declarations, and international payment processes is preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience using SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems.
Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or Customs Compliance is an advantage.
