Qualifications- Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan sarjana psikologi)

- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel, Word dan Power Point
- Siap bekerja di bawah tekanan serta mampu bekerja dalam mobilitas tinggi dan memiliki SIM C
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang marketing menjadi nilai tambah
- Melakukan proses pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan mulai dari rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penempatan
- Melakukan coaching dan counseling terhadap karyawan
- Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap kelengkapan administrasi kepegawaian
- Melakukan pengelolaan turnover karyawan
