As a Foreman
, you will lead a team of mechanics or technicians, oversee daily service operations, and ensure that customer satisfaction, safety standards, and productivity goals are met. If you're organized, technically competent, and thrive in a dynamic work environment—this role is for you!

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in workshop/automotive operations
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be placed in operational areas and work under pressure with high discipline

• Supervise daily operations in the workshop to ensure timely and quality service
• Coordinate and guide technicians in executing repair and maintenance work
• Monitor work schedules, service progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Handle customer complaints and ensure service resolutions meet company standards
• Report operational performance, downtime, and improvement opportunities to Service Manager
