As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's brand strategy and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

• Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand application across all marketing materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning and messaging
• Assist in the planning and coordination of brand‑related events and activations
• Provide administrative support to the Brand Management team as needed

• 3 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role in a digital marketing company or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and brand identity especially on TIKTOK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand integrity
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
