Responsibilities
- Bertanggung jawab mengelola operasional outlet berupa kegiatan sehari-hari secara efektif dan efisien
- Memastikan dan mengatur jalannya operasional restoran agar berjalan sesuai dengan SOP dan standar yang berlaku
- Melaporkan stock product dan secara berkala
- Merespon keluhan pelanggan dengan efisien dan menyampaikan ke atasan
- Monitoring kebersihan outlet dan grooming staff secara berkala setiap harinya
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Jurusan Tata Boga / Perhotelan / Pariwisata atau sederajat lainnya
- Berpengalaman sebagai leader restaurant minimal 1 tahun
- Jujur, Disiplin, memiliki kemampuan leadership dan interpersonal skill yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan, hari libur nasional dengan sistem shifting
