Schedule and upload social media content (IG & Tik Tok)

Perform basic interactions with followers: like, comment, repost, and reply to DMs responsively (with supervision).

Monitor content performance (reach, engagement) and help create simple weekly reports.

Support digital campaign activations such as quizzes, giveaways, countdown events, or challenges.

Assist with documentation and coverage of offline events for social media content needs.

Update on the latest Tik Tok/IG Reels trends and provide insights on viral content.

Provide content recommendations that are in line with ZU's style (fun, positive, and engaging).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.

Open to fresh graduates; internship experience is a plus.

Creative, enjoys creating content, and understands social media.

Possesses strong writing skills and is able to work in a team.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Able to communicate well in Indonesian and English.
