Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.

Provide alternative options and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Maintain sales standards continuously.

Verify stock availability in the sales plan, replacing items as necessary to guarantee full sizing range.

Qualifications

Short experience in public‑facing retail or similar contact roles is preferred.

Excellent communication and customer management skills.
