• Conduct a comprehensive technical review of civil, structural, and stone works
• Evaluate hydrological and mechanical works for compliance and effectiveness
• Assess electrical installations and ensure safety standards are met
• Review landscaping, exterior works, and agricultural planting activities
• Verify quantities and documentation related to agricultural irrigation canal rehabilitation

• Extensive experience in civil, hydraulic, irrigation, mechanical, and electrical engineering works
• Familiarity with spring rehabilitation and nature-based water solutions
• Understanding of Palestinian technical standards
• Ability to conduct thorough reviews and assessments of engineering projects
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Previous experience with water management projects in developing countries
• Proven track record in conducting independent engineering reviews
• Multidisciplinary engineering background, including environmental and safety compliance expertise
• Experience working with international organizations or NGOs in similar contexts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
