Social Worker LMSW - FT Days - at Palestine Regional Medical Center.
DescriptionCompletes and documents psychological histories and master treatment plan for psychiatric patients. Contacts family members of new patients. Has working knowledge of the mental health, social, support and recreational resources in the community, and makes referrals as appropriate with proper consent from patients.
QualificationsMaster's Degree required. Must have current license with the State of Texas as a Social Worker. Must have at least three years of experience with at least 12 months in a hospital and/or resident setting. Should have the ability to work on a treatment team and work well with others. Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
