Sanitation Technician - 3rd Shift

Shift: 10:30 p.m.

-4:30 a.m. (2nd) / 1:30 a.m.

-7:30 a.m.

Clean and maintain assigned areas, manage parts including gaskets and replacements, assist in setup, and prepare cleaning solutions.

• Use chemicals to clean and sanitize machinery and areas.
• Tear down machinery at the start of cleanup.
• Assist in setup before production begins.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisors and management.
• Work cooperatively across departments as needed.

• Ability to work independently and motivate oneself.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
• Cooperative work attitude and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of machinery teardown and setup.
• Experience with parts cleanup preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Poultry experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic chemical knowledge.

• Adherence to safety policies and PPE usage.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.

• Ability to work in wet, cold environments (45ºF/4ºC).
• Stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Exposure to noise, CO2, and moving equipment.
• Operate a 900 PSI water hose continually.
• Lift 10-50 lbs, climb ladders, and bend/reach overhead.
