Act as a liaison for the State Clearinghouse and other active entities during the intake and admissions process. Provides direct patient care to behavioral health patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

• Act as a liaison for the State Clearinghouse and other active entities during the intake and admissions process.
• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

• Current Texas RN License with 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience required.
• Previous Case Management experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• Handle with Care training required within 14 days.
