Overview
Palestine Regional Medical Center
Provides direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
- Currently licensed, have a temporary permit, or an active application in progress for licensure as an RN/GN in the state of Texas.
- Previous nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification required within four weeks of employment (within six months of employment for new grads).
- TNCC and ENPC or PALS shall be obtained within one year of employment.
