LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Palestine, TX seeks Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN). Positions are full‑time and part‑time (days, nights, weekends). Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
