Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Palestine, TX
. The ideal candidate will bring prior clinical experience in family medicine or primary care and a commitment to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare in a community-focused environment.

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in the EMR

• Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Previous experience in family medicine or primary care required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment

  Friday, 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM schedule (no weekends or nights)
