• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Compliance with firearms transaction regulations and FOID card requirements, where applicable.
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

• Adequate hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift various weights as specified.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
