We’re seeking experienced Drop Bury Technicians (individuals or crews) to work as independent contractors (1099), as well as W2 employees. If you have experience burying fiber optic or coaxial cable drops and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to earn top pay with flexible scheduling. Steady work available now!

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Bury fiber and coax drops at residential and commercial properties
• Perform driveway and road bores as required
• Restore job sites to a clean and professional condition
• Work independently or manage your own crew to complete assigned work orders
• Communicate effectively with project managers and coordinators

What We’re Looking For

• Must operate as a 1099 contractor under an active LLC or DBA - OR - interested in W2 employment
• Provide General Liability and Commercial Auto Insurance
• Have your own truck, trailer, and equipment
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Experience in fiber optic burial and knowledge of construction safety practices
• Willingness to travel as needed

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Able to use hand tools, read maps/blueprints, and perform physical labor
