Our client, an elite firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Business Paralegal to join their team.
The ideal candidate will manage corporate legal matters, handle conflicts checks and vendor relationships, oversee corporate documentation such as NDAs and M&A agreements, coordinate deal closings, and act as a primary contact for business-related legal issues.
Experience in corporate law and demonstrating strong expertise in corporate documentation, redlining, and document management is highly preferred.
