• $18 - $19 per hour but we pay more for experience

Key Responsibilities AP Clerk:

• Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and financial documents
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and accounting standards

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Dealership Experience Preferred
• Microsoft / Google Suites and DMS Experience are Pluses!
• Lightspeed skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred
• 1 - 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
