Qualifications:
- Proven experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with tax resolution processes a plus (but not required)
