Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to lead and manage ground-up construction projects. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all construction phases, MEP systems, and strong leadership qualities to guide teams effectively and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, with an in-depth understanding of OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to solve problems and maintain project flow.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors, providing direction and fostering a cooperative environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate construction processes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address any issues to maintain progress.
• Monitor project budgets and manage financial aspects effectively.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for transparency and accountability.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all construction aspects, including MEP systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to direct teams and manage project expectations.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to working with subcontractors and other teams to achieve project goals.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to meet multiple project goals on multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
