• Handle front desk tasks including greeting visitors, answering calls, and verifying insurance details.
• Schedule, confirm, and track patient appointments, ensuring timely cancellations and no‑show follow‑up.
• Prepare end‑of‑day financial reports and collect co‑payments as needed.
• Explain dental procedures to patients using clear, concise language.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Dental software and Microsoft Office.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience.
• Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new programs.
