Youth Soccer Coach

Overview

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children aged 2-7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

New coaches can work 10-15 classes a week. Starting pay is $20 per hour and coaches can earn $25+ after training.

$3,000.00/yr - $6,000.00/yr

• Lead our children aged 2-7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
• Utilize individual attention to help each child succeed; maintain a positive, non-competitive, stress-free environment.
• Be open to feedback and participate in regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
• Flexible schedule with a majority of classes during school hours; availability to coach at three days per week is preferred.
• Delivery of paid and/or training opportunities; pathway to full-time employment or to become a business owner.

• Experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader) and an interest in early childhood education or child development.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates individual attention to each child and uses positive reinforcement.
• Open to feedback and ongoing professional development.
