You will serve as catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. Your leadership defines how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback systems, and demonstration of superior facilitation techniques.

• Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
• Author Guide Playbooks outlining facilitation best practices, engaging learning experiences, and challenge resolution strategies.
• Deliver consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
• Personally coach a small student cohort to exemplify expert mentorship and motivational approaches.

• Developing lesson plans – focus is on training Guides as outstanding facilitators.
• Compromising standards – maintain passing threshold at 100%.
• Conducting uninspiring training – develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics for informed decision‑making and ongoing improvement.
• Able to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
