You will serve as catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. Your leadership defines how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback systems, and demonstration of superior facilitation techniques.

Responsibilities- Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
- Author Guide Playbooks outlining facilitation best practices, engaging learning experiences, and challenge resolution strategies.
- Deliver consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
- Personally coach a small student cohort to exemplify expert mentorship and motivational approaches.
- Developing lesson plans – focus is on training Guides as outstanding facilitators.
- Compromising standards – maintain passing threshold at 100%.
- Conducting uninspiring training – develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
- Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics for informed decision‑making and ongoing improvement.

Nashville, TN;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. - Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
