A client in the aerospace & defense industry is seeking a Sr. Manager of Integration & Test to add to their Palm Bay team. This position will work m-f, 8-5 and on a 9/80 schedule. This role is a blend of technical leadership and people management, serving as a key deputy to Engineering leadership while overseeing the execution of system integration & test activities across complex systems, networks, and products.
The position is responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians, managing staffing, workload planning, employee development, and performance, while ensuring alignment between functional and program objectives. The manager provides oversight of integration and test efforts, including test planning, procedure development, verification and validation, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with systems, software, hardware, and network engineering teams. This individual also supports proposal activities, resource planning, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts, helping drive successful program execution while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Bachelor's degree & 12+ years of experience TS/SCI Ci Poly Leadership/managerial experience Great communication skills knowledge of EVMS principles
