Job Description:

Grand Villa Senior Living of Palm Bay is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Nurse Manager to lead our Memory Care Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional care to residents with memory-related conditions.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care Department, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in memory care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
