About the Role:As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a vital role in providing non-medical assistance and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Encouraging clients to participate in activities and social events
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care provided
- Provide in-home assistance and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity
- Implement care plans as outlined by RNs and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
