As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a vital role in providing non-medical assistance and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing emotional support and companionship

• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Encouraging clients to participate in activities and social events

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care provided

• Provide in-home assistance and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity

• Implement care plans as outlined by RNs and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols

• Communicate effective with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
