We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT team. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include configuring network equipment, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security.

• Configure, and deploy network solutions based on business requirements.
• Set up and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, IP schema's and network diagrams.
• Implement security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
• Support ICD 503 Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF) processes by patching, hardening, and/or upgrading systems as appropriate.
• Travel for this position can be up to 20% annually.
• Frequently move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds across campus for various needs.

• • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• CompTIA Security + CE Certification.

• CCNA or Network + certification.
• Experience with DOD encryption devices.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Self‑motivated, able to switch tasks easily, work independently.
• Experience with the configuration and ability to manage Solarwinds.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
