Job Description:
The Space and Airborne Segment within the Space Systems Sector Security team is seeking a Principal, Cyber Intelligence professional to support the development, maintenance, and sustainment of multiple sector initiatives across collateral, special access program, and intelligence community systems. This position will also collaborate closely with the SAS Segment Cyber Senior Principal to advance sector-wide cyber initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats, as well as ensuring compliance for all sector enterprise and program assets.
You will track threat intelligence initiatives, develop incident response capabilities, and design comprehensive cybersecurity strategies. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills and specialized knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, and will work with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and maintain organizational resilience. You will engage with a team of cybersecurity professionals to identify the optimal mix of tools and techniques for creating scalable, secure, and effective cybersecurity solutions.
As a subject matter expert, you will address requirements outlined in the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM). Additional responsibilities include developing and reviewing System Security Plans (SSPs), supporting documentation and artifacts (such as POA&Ms and NSPs), and local policies in accordance with JSIG, NISPOM, ICD, and DCSA DAAPM.
You will also develop cybersecurity strategies and plans to protect Controlled Unclassified Information, cloud-based architectures, and the use of artificial intelligence software within our program network landscape.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• Active CISSP/ or CISM Certification or within the first 90 days of employment.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI access. Preferred Skillsets:
• Bachelor's degree in an IT or Cyber Intelligence-related field and 12 years of relevant experience managing and overseeing classified information systems operations and authorizations within IT and Security domains, or a graduate degree with 10 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 15 years of IT experience is required
• 3-4 years of experience managing SAP information systems.
• Active participation in national industrial security associations and working groups.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing ICD and/or DCSA DAAPM requirements.
