In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. Based on our Madison, WI campus, this role requires relocation to the area and offers financial relocation assistance. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry, managing litigation and regulatory matters and counseling the company on competitive strategy.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
