Position Overview
This opening is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You will support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets.
Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Key Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation and counseling on potential risks.
- Handle and win multi‑million‑dollar disputes.
- Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
