A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler
.

Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire
Duration: 06-12 months
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281

As an Assembler, you will:

• Operate as a Tube Assembler, performing day-to-day production activities using current procedures to maintain production schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Wearing required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Work independently and collaborate in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Proficient in problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings/blueprints/work instructions.

Ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $18-$19 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
